1. No Refunds

• All payments for services, treatments, or products are final.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Cancellation of appointments

  • Client dissatisfaction with services

  • Missed or late appointments (Late for more than 30 Minutes)
     

2. Appointment Rescheduling

• While refunds are not available, you may reschedule your appointment subject to our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

• Rescheduling must be done at least 24-hours before your scheduled appointment.
   

3. Product Sales

• All product purchases are final sale.

• Exchanges or returns are not available. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue.
